Where does the time go?

My oh my... tomorrow is my second, that's right, second mother's day. I have been a mom for a year already. Timmy turned 1 on April 22nd and I just can't get over it! He's closer to walking every day and he chatters a lot, but no real definitive words yet. But he's 1! I am so blessed to have him. He's a very easy going kid and Tim and I are so happy with our little guy.

We just took a vacation to Toronto, Canada and had a great time! We went to the Hockey Hall of Fame and the Toronto Zoo. The zoo was awesome. The layout, the habitats, the animals... it was so fun. Well, most of the animals were sleeping so that kinda sucked, but it was still a good time.

Tim has been gone for 4 months now and I am struggling each day with being a "single" mom. I love the time I have with Timmy, but I don't like feeling so overwhelmed with the day-to-day tasks and chores. I told Tim that he was never allowed to leave again! January 20th can't come soon enough!

For now this is all I have, I wanted to update the blog. Tomorrow, more pics (I hope).
